One Page Checkout integration with Abandoned Cart

I have a requirement from client to integrate One Page checkOut with Abandoned Cart. KIndly suggest is it doeable? if Yes, then How shall i proceed. Please be specific as it is an urgent requirement. Need to integrate it asap.

I'm not sure what you mean with "Abandoned Cart". While I know what abandoned carts are, I have a sneaking suspicion that we're not on the same page as what you ask makes no sense.
