I have a clean install of CE 1.9.1.1 and have configured PayPal Pro as the payment method. I can checkout using Multi-Shipping without any problems, but when I try and use One Page checkout I get as far as entering the credit card info, but when I click 'continue' I get the following message in a popup window:
'Your order cannot be completed at this time as there is no payment methods available for it.'
One other thing I notice during One Page checkout is that there are credit cards available in the drop down menu that I don't have set as allowed payment methods.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have been combing through the internet and my code trying to come up with a solution for hours.
