PHP Extension intl. missing on mac

I'm trying to install Magento 2.1 on my localhost. I'm using XAMPP on Mac OS X El Capitan with PHP version 7.0.15 already tried the method on this link, but still not working.

I got the same problem but after trying all the methods provided like removing ";" Anyone can help?
