Is it possible to configure dynamic tax rules? We have customers in Quebec where these tax rules apply. Like the following rule:
"A number of goods are zero-rated when sold in certain quantities or packaging sizes."
Or another rule found on wikipedia:
"Restaurant meals (whether dine-in or take-out, and including fast food) under $4 are exempt from the Ontario portion. Alcoholic beverages purchased from licensed restaurants are also subject to an Ontario rate of 13%. "
These are just two examples and explain the problem. Is it possible to configure such rules in Magento?
