Remove address field in onepage checkout

Hi,

Our store sells only digital products and it is an annoyance for our customers to have to fill the address field. We want to remove this address field in the one page checkout.

Can you please show me exactly how this can be done?

Address field is coming from below 2 files.

app/design/frontend/base/default/template/checkout/onepage/billing.phtml
app/design/frontend/base/default/template/checkout/onepage/shipping.phtm

I am not able to find the path  am struggled last two days please help me i want remove lastname company name and some etc fields....
