Remove catalog/seo_sitemap/product/

How would you turn off the product sitemap, but keep the category sitemap?

Not talking about Google XML sitemap, I mean the ones at...

/catalog/seo_sitemap/category/

/catalog/seo_sitemap/product/

/catalog/seo_sitemap/product/?p=2

/catalog/seo_sitemap/product/?p=3

/catalog/seo_sitemap/product/?p=4

etc etc

So i would want to keep showing the first of these, but remove the rest.

Thanks for the links, but i wasn't talking about the XML sitemap, i mean the pages that list the categories and products for the public to view...
