Maybe I'm thinking too hard to find a solution here.
I hope explaining the wished situation may give a clear view.
When I talk to a customer on the chat, or by phone, or even by mail, I'd like to create an order which I can simply send to the customer as a link with or without the payment options available. Both are ok for me. The only thing the customer needs to do, when he accepts the offer, is finalize the process.
Hope one of you has an answer for me
