Shipping Label in Invoice, Mails and Backend is blank

Hello,

 

i have a question about the shipping label.

 

In my shop everything is allright with it (cart & checkout), but in emails, in the invoice and in my backend its blank.

 

Subtotal        17,48 €

[BLANK]          4,90 €

Tax                 18,80 €

 

What can i do for it?

There could be many reason.

 

My be any .phtml files in the admin have been modified. or there is any 3rd party extension that is overriding.

 

If you could enable admin template path with http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4373481/enable-template-path-hint-in-admin-pages-magento then you could check the template files.
