Tier Pricing for Item with Multiple Options does not work.

Here is the issue I want to resolve.

One item has multiple options. So if you by 6 of X, you get X amount off.

So if you buy 3 additional of item X with certain options and then go back and order the item X again but with some different options.

Same item but it does not qualify for tier pricing. Is there a way to configure that to make it work like that on the same item?

Mage 1.9.2.2

Attribute Set: default

Product Type: simple
