email issues while sending sales email

hai..

when sending sales email to customer,

while sending premalatha@shinelogics.com it will be send but sending mail to gmail or ymail account  did not send it.

can you find this  issues and help me

Hi Prema, 

Please check your SMTP configuration once again because if you set a usual SMTP server on Magento  which is associated to Gmail or Hotmail – you could always run into deliverability troubles. Only expert SMTP service will assure a full delivery rate. OR use can use free SMTP Configuration Extension such as  https://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/smtp-configuration.html
