This was driving me crazy because I knew I had been importing everything correctly. I am specifically talking about importing the product images right now. After I import the csv with the product images they all appear in the admin, as well as the front of the site.
However I get the usual message stating that the site needs to be re-indexed (which is normal after an import).
but after the re-index, the images disappear from the admin. and when I export the products they are missing as well. What am I missing that is causing this?
The fields I am importing are: sku image image_label small_image small_image_label thumbnail thumbnail_label _media_attribute_id _media_image _media_lable _media_position _media_is_disabled What would cause this
