When i google the Magento product reviews, i see an lot of pages haveing the star ratings.

Is the product star rating an default option? I can't find it in my backend.
Otherwise how can i enable the product star rating?

This is displayed because of Google rich snippets. There is no default settings in magento for this

You can also use Magento Rich Snippets Extension in order to display ratings, prices, currency, stock availability etc in Google SERPS.
