"Extendware" - breaking websites

[audiobuy_llc]

As of yesterday , the audiobuy.hk website shows the error below.
This has caused also :
1. search function (Plumrocket) to stop working
2. users cannot checkout / the checkout button during process does not work.
Contacting Extendware about this fault results in them saying the software is "out of date" and paying upwards of $100usd to fix it. Need advice please.

If disable "Extendware" then this causes sitewide error.

Extendware response :

Ok, looking at account, this was purchased in 2016 and the software needs an update.

That would fix the issue.
Once purchased we can assist with making sure its re downloaded and works with store.

You will need to enable it to purchase the update. It is discounted once put in cart.

Otherwise, we are unable to assist with anything unrelated to actual extension"
