"Is Anchor" keeps resetting

Hey all,

On my website the "Is Anchor" setting keeps resetting itself at random intervals for some reasons. Does anyone have an idea how could I troubleshoot this issue? I use an external software to import and create categories/products in Magento so I guess it might be the cause of the issue, but I'm not sure.

Try refreshing and caching and re-indexing your Magento store after you export the product and also check the log file if any generated or not.
