We are a newer Magento user. All new orders appear that they can only be assigned to go to a single sales representative’s e-mail address when they are processed. Is there a way to assign specific product orders of the store to go to specific sales people?
Not using out of the box functionality. The idea is to use a generic support email and have one or more people check it periodically.
You should however use a 3rd party service that checks the email address and assigns user emails to specific tickets (something like customer.io).
