shipping is not defined

Our website has two websites one website have working shipping properly when another one have not.

Cart have error like "shipping is not defined" then go to checkout at that time shipping calculated and apply on the checkout total table.

Please share if you have any idea.

are you using a 3rd party app for shipping rates?

We are using a custom shipping method.

Method save shipping on the database,

But not display and apply on the front end.

We install the patches 10975-CE-1.9.3.4-CE-1.9.3.10 and 11314-CE-1.9.4.0 then after not display that payment method on the admin side too.

Please let us know if you have any idea.
