var comment email template not working Onestep Checkout by Clarion Tech

The add-on has the option to comment on the order.

The commemorator is in the order in the comments of the order history.

I want to add this comment to the email for the store administrator, but it doesn't work ...

i try {{var get.orderComment}} {{var order.comment}} not working... i not have comment in my order email.

plug maker and seller don't reply to email ..

The {{var order.comment}} variable will work only if the data is stored in the Comment column in the sales_flat_order table.

After installing Clarion Tech’s Onestep Checkout, the comment section does not appear in the admin email, which is really frustrating… Even though I tried all kinds of things like {{var order.comment}} but it still didn’t work, the support was “as quiet as a mouse”. While waiting for the answer from the dev, I just entertained myself with Sprunki Retake – play some music, maybe I’ll find inspiration to fix the bug!
