i'm new on Magento, and i have an issue on my magento website.

the request:

http://community.thegiantdata.com/jdk/?utm_source=http://my_website_url/&utm_medium=1.9.1.0&utm_camp...

is never ending.

What is it ? what is the purpose of this request ? and how to delete this request if it's not needed ?

I have noticed the same thing today. The last extension I have installed was social login. Maybe this is the culprit?

yes i've just found the call from the file /app/design/adminhtml/default/default/template/magegiant/community/js.phtml

it's from social login extension (https://magegiant.com/magento-social-login-extension/)
