HI,
I installed 6788 by running a applypatch.php bash,
I had to remove the / on line 67 (as per http://stackoverflow.com/questions/29748223/error-app-etc-must-exist-for-proper-tool-work-magento-1-... as I was getting error
ERROR: "/app/etc/" must exist for proper tool work.
The error was gone, and the message was sucessfull, but when I look in the admin after clearing all caches and loggin out/in there is no options to turn patch on, also there is no files that have been updated in the applied.patches file. It just says,

This is also confirmed by the server file changes log, as none of the files that the patch actually updates, have been changed.
Any ideas anyone?
