Cannot download SUPEE-7405 v1.1 for CE 1.6.0.0

When click download, the page refreshes but no file is downloaded. Tried Chrome and Firefox with no luck.

Could you try once again?  I tried and its working, but this time I was asked to verify my email id. After email verification it allowed me to download the patch file.
