Cannot login to admin after supee-7405 patch for ver 1.9.1.0

Hi, 

I am using magento version 1.9.0.1 i try to install security patch SUPEE-7405 i have downloaded the files from magento site with name of "SUPEE-7405 for CE 1.9.1.0-1.9.1.1 (0.12 MB)" i used this command "sh PATCH_SUPEE-7405_CE_1.9.1.1_v1-2016-01-20-04-42-03.sh" after installing i am not able to login admin it show blank page in system.log it says "include(Mage/Core/Helper/UnserializeArray.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory" but this file not exists in Magento version 1.9.1.0 its available in version 1.9.1.1. Do i need to upgrade the magento version and then install SUPEE-7405 for CE 1.9.1.0-1.9.1.1 (0.12 MB) or any other solution to fix the issue.

Thanks for your reply. My Magento version is 1.9.1.0. Patch version is SUPEE-7405 for CE 1.9.1.0-1.9.1.1. My question is do I need upgrade the Magento version or I missed dependency patches. Because when I try to install the patch it says some files are missing those files are not exists in 1.9.1.0 soi copied missing file manually again it throws error.

Could you mention the exact Magento version you are using?

Your question headline mentions 1.9.1.0 and the content section mentions 1.9.0.1.

Both versions have separate patches.

1.9.1.0    SUPEE-7405 for CE 1.9.1.0-1.9.1.1
1.9.0.1.   SUPEE-7405 for CE 1.9.0.0-1.9.0.1

Check if you have downloaded the correct version of patch. If you have applied the correct patch try to clear var/cache and var/session folder then login.
