Facing Issues Accessing MyInfo Kroger Schedule – Need Help Understanding the Cause

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a recurring issue when trying to access my MyInfo Kroger schedule. For the past few days, the schedule page has either been loading extremely slowly or not loading at all. Sometimes it shows an error, and other times it just gets stuck on a blank screen without updating my shift information.

I’ve tried a few things already:

  • Cleared browser cache

  • Logged out and logged back in

  • Tried multiple devices (mobile)

  • Switched between browsers

But the problem still continues. I’m trying to figure out whether this is something related to the way the site handles scheduling data, a temporary server issue, or possibly something on the user end.

If anyone here has experienced similar issues with MyInfo Kroger schedule access, or has any technical insights on what might cause these loading errors, I’d really appreciate your help.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or troubleshooting tips!

I’ve run into the same problem with MyInfo Kroger schedules. For me, switching to an incognito/private browser window helped temporarily. Could also be a session/cookie issue on their end.

From what I’ve seen, this usually isn’t your fault. MyInfo can get really slow or glitchy when lots of employees are trying to log in at the same time, especially around schedule updates or payroll days. That’s when you start seeing blank screens, errors, or endless loading.

A couple things that sometimes help:

  • Try checking your schedule very early in the morning or late at night.

  • If you can, use a MS Windows device instead of your phone.

  • Turn off VPNs or ad blockers for a minute and see if it loads.

  • Make sure your browser is updated.

Honestly, you already tried most of the right fixes. When it keeps happening after that, it’s usually a server issue on Kroger’s side. Most of the time it fixes itself after a while.
