How to check if the security patches are installed successfully?

My web host had problem installing the patch 6788 so I hired a developer to do it for me. When I check my site (http://www.wisepet.com)  at www.magereport.com, it says the patch is installed but I cannot find the listing of 6788 in the applied.patches.list file.  I am confused whether the patch is installed or not.  

Could anyone please clarify this for me?
