Does that mean there are no issues? that seems strange. Anyone else have this issue?
Hi @aaron18
please make sure that you have followed all steps for magento website security scan:
https://docs.magento.com/m2/ce/user_guide/magento/security-scan.html
Magento security scan never return result with zero pages.
Hi @aaron18
You may try to re run a scan, it might be a temporary issue. Also try as suggested by Vimal.
If you still face the issue then you may contact @msavich
Usually the empty report means that an error occurred while attempting to perform the scan and usually it means that the scanner is unable to access the provided URL.
Please check that 52.72.230.169, 52.87.98.44 and 52.86.204.1 are not blocked at 80 and 443 ports.
What is the Magento store URL you are trying to scan? I can check what is exact error message is about...
Trying to scan URL https://www.peets.com. Thanks for the help.
Thanks for that. I have seen that as well. In my experience the magereport scan is not always accurate or comprehensive, which is why I am trying to get the Magento Support scanner working so I have another source. That scan still comes back with no pages. I am looking into the suggestions made earlier in the thread but haven;t solved it yet
Blank result page means the Tool was unable to access the store front.
I tried to run the scan manually and got the error: `GET https:\/\/www.peets.com\/` resulted in a `500 Internal Server Error`
