Security Scan does not recognize installed package

I would like to know how Magento Security Scan scans the installation.

I am asking this because we have installed two security packages on my Magento 1 and the following error is occurring:

Magento Security Scan is not recognizing the installation of the SUPE 11155 package.

But in MageReport it recognizes the installed package.
