0.Terms of checkt but dindt work

Dear Users,

Today my checkbox was broke in the checkout (1.7.0.2).

De customers checkt the checkbox, but the systeem still gives the comment: "Please check the checkbox to move on".

I allready make a new field of Terms and condition (didnt work out).

What could be the problem?

Hi @levistyl,

Are you using version control to track the code changes in your store?

If so, have been there recent changes to the code, such us new installed extensions or modified files?
