Add hyperlink to a product in email

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to add a hyperlink to each of the products that appear in the order confirmation emails sent to customers?

We would like it so when the customer opens the confirmation email, they can click on the product name in the email and be taken to the relevant page on our website.
