Admin Menu Shows only top header, No Content (I can Search)

I installed a google merchant center plugin and after going back to admin page there was no content in the admin area.  The top header was there with the date and time.  Also I can search for and find products... but when I click on them I don't see anything but the page title changes to the product I selected.  NEED HELP!   I tried renaming the includes file and clearing cache... Not the best programmer but any help would be great.  I looked at the log and I seen some header cant load because it is already loaded type of thing...
