Admin No Lay Out, Only possible to look, no changes possible

Suddenly the admin has no lay out. Looks like it's pointing to the wrong path.

Because I can only see all settingss and cannot make change, I must access the DataBase if I need to make some changes, but which?  To be sure I put some earlier backups back, but the some issue. The frontpage is working fine ;-)

I cleared the cache and session on the server, and try some changes in the database, but nothing changed in the admin?

Any one a clue?

It usually happens when you have merged css files. Either un-merge them, or flush css/javascript cache to regenerate them.

Path in admin wasn't correct, after corrected manually in DataBase it shoot work, but it wasn't. Find out that cash was the problem, the problem was solved.
