Automatic sitemap production

Hi - fairly new here and wouldn't consider myself a programmer so forgive what maybe a stupid question

I am running 1.9.2.0, and have set the sitemap to generate automatically (or so I thought) but it doesn't - it will however work when I process it manually under the Catalogue heading.

Can anybody point me in the correct direction?

Hi @pythag,

Are you sure you have the Magento's cron configured?
