I'm trying to set up one of our stores on a staging server for development purposes. I moved the site onto my local Windows machine. Everything seems to be working fine except for one thing. The stylesheets and javascript aren't loading on the front-end. The admin panel is perfectly fine, but the front-end has very little if any styling being loaded. Obviously I'm running this on localhost so I can't provide a link but I have taken some screenshots, in particular the screenshot after viewing the source is interesting.

Any particular reason why the paths to the stylesheets are using backslashes? I can't seem to figure out how to fix this. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
