New to the forums and just wanted to raise a query - I don't have a heavy tech background so some of the intricacies of Magento go over my head from time to time! My Magento site is a retail clothing site, which requires a lot of simple products for every size and colour. It can be quite tedious to do, so I was hoping to bulk upload.
I've seen an example whereby you export all current products, and then re-import them alongside new ones, however I am having issues with it. I've gone through the following route and received the error below.
System -> Import/Export ->Export All Products -> Run Profile - Run Profile in Pop-up
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /index.php/admin/system_convert_gui/run/id/2/key/6ef0fbfeb9174f77dd95c049f7bbb851/.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
