CE 1.6 Error 500

My Site www.elsantomadrazo.com has been working great until the other day. I am able to Access Front and Backend, but I am not able to do any updates. But the real issue is this:

If I click on a product directly on the site, I will go to the page and I can purchase. If I do "search", error 500, If I click on the main categories of my products like "New Products" I get the error 500. I have check file permission but that does not mean that it is correct. I have even used the Magento Check Utility & Magento Clean-Up and nothing is working. Can anyone help?

Cna you check your webserver error logs and the system.log and exception.log files from Magento in order to try to understand what the error is?

You got several errors. I guess I could start with Inoncube.

Are you using some module with Ioncube? Did you updated your PHP version lately?

Damian, as far as I know I have not updated PHP. Perhaps my shared
webserver Bluehost did. DO you think trying to update Magento 1.6 to 1.9
could fix the issue? If you visit the site, www.elsantomadrazo.com and
click on any of the main categories on the top menu you will see what the
site does. But if you click on the products that appear on the front page
it works correctly.

I saw your log and i found this is your server error. Please increase your max_execution_time and memory limit from php.ini. Also you can try to run your website in your local system it will works fine. so please do changes in php.ini.

Hi @Benji Serafin

Please increase max execution limit to 120 and memory to 1048  after increasing if you are facing same error. open the file  app/Mage.php and find getEdition() function exist or not.

If getEdition() function not in the file put this function in file. Here is the function code:

public static function getEdition()
    {
       return self::$_currentEdition;
    }
