One user on our network is upable to generate the packing sheets in Magento. Everytime she hits submit to create the PDF she is taken from Magento onto one of our live webstores that runs from Magento. We can get round this by clearing her cache and cookies.
It happens once a week or so and only effects one PC on a network of four.
Has anyone else experienced this and is there a permanent fix? It would be great to know the cause.
