Can log in back end but Cannot Change or access CUSTOMER details in Customers Tab in 1.9.3.2

I can click a customer and open the record to edit, but the grid that opens simple shows this. When clicked, none of the links does anything.

@GroupMedShopDefinitely some error are occuring. Check browser console, if nothing in there then look into Magento logs or server log. You'll definitely find something.
