I have trouble saving changes to existing categories or creating new ones. When I try saving, I see a message "Please wait" and that's it. After I refresh the page, I see a message saying that the changes have been saved. I have noticed that in the Admin->Catalog->Manage Categories the page is trying to open a frame and is showing the following message in the console:
Refused to display 'http://www.domainname.com/js/blank.html' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'DENY'.
And after I press the "Save" button, I get:
Multiple 'X-Frame-Options' headers with conflicting values ('DENY, SAMEORIGIN') encountered when loading 'http://www.domainname.com/index.php/admin/catalog_category/save/key/a7b55591256947634af1aca48fb4a9b5/id/11/?isAjax=true'. Falling back to 'DENY'. about:blank:1 Refused to display 'http://www.domainname.com/index.php/admin/catalog_category/save/key/a7b55591256947634af1aca48fb4a9b5/id/11/?isAjax=true' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'DENY, SAMEORIGIN'.
I don't see a similar behavior on a local machine and everything is fine when I am working with products. I hope to find help dealing with this issue.
I have an update to my question:
This issue seems to be caused by by X-Frame-Options setting on the server. Is this behaviour normal for Magento if this setting is set to DENY? Does it require frames to save changes in Categories?
Best regards.
