I really hope someone can help me! My website runs on Magento and i am having trouble logging in to pick up my orders (rather a Big Problem). Explorer stopped wotking with the login page a while ago, when i was unable to close a message box about 'Magento Community Preview Version CE 1.7.0.0-RC1 has been released'. I have never run any of the updates (due to ignorance) and maybe this is part of the problem... So i have been logging on with Firefox, but today that stopped working too - in that i cannot close the dialog box, and cannot get any response to the page at all. i believe i am using 'Magento ver. 1.3.2.3'.
i tried downloading Chrome to try instrad, but cannot even see it on my machine, even though it has downloaded... I am running Windows 8.1
Please Help!!
