Cannot view order details

Re: Cannot view order details

To re-create the schema for the table, you can run the following SQL (I have adapted the table name for the prefix in your original post):

CREATE TABLE `sl8j_customer_entity` (
`entity_id` int(10) unsigned NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT COMMENT 'Entity Id',
`entity_type_id` smallint(5) unsigned NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' COMMENT 'Entity Type Id',
`attribute_set_id` smallint(5) unsigned NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' COMMENT 'Attribute Set Id',
`website_id` smallint(5) unsigned DEFAULT NULL COMMENT 'Website Id',
`email` varchar(255) DEFAULT NULL COMMENT 'Email',
`group_id` smallint(5) unsigned NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' COMMENT 'Group Id',
`increment_id` varchar(50) DEFAULT NULL COMMENT 'Increment Id',
`store_id` smallint(5) unsigned DEFAULT '0' COMMENT 'Store Id',
`created_at` timestamp NOT NULL DEFAULT '0000-00-00 00:00:00' COMMENT 'Created At',
`updated_at` timestamp NOT NULL DEFAULT '0000-00-00 00:00:00' COMMENT 'Updated At',
`is_active` smallint(5) unsigned NOT NULL DEFAULT '1' COMMENT 'Is Active',
`disable_auto_group_change` smallint(5) unsigned NOT NULL DEFAULT '0' COMMENT 'Disable automatic group change based on VAT ID',
  PRIMARY KEY (`entity_id`),
  UNIQUE KEY `UNQ_CUSTOMER_ENTITY_EMAIL_WEBSITE_ID` (`email`,`website_id`),
  KEY `IDX_CUSTOMER_ENTITY_STORE_ID` (`store_id`),
  KEY `IDX_CUSTOMER_ENTITY_ENTITY_TYPE_ID` (`entity_type_id`),
  KEY `IDX_CUSTOMER_ENTITY_EMAIL_WEBSITE_ID` (`email`,`website_id`),
  KEY `IDX_CUSTOMER_ENTITY_WEBSITE_ID` (`website_id`),
CONSTRAINT `FK_CUSTOMER_ENTITY_STORE_ID_CORE_STORE_STORE_ID` FOREIGN KEY (`store_id`) REFERENCES `sl8j_core_store` (`store_id`) ON DELETE SET NULL ON UPDATE CASCADE,
CONSTRAINT `FK_CUSTOMER_ENTITY_WEBSITE_ID_CORE_WEBSITE_WEBSITE_ID` FOREIGN KEY (`website_id`) REFERENCES `sl8j_core_website` (`website_id`) ON DELETE SET NULL ON UPDATE CASCADE
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 COMMENT='Customer Entity';

However, as MagenX pointed out, the fact that this table is missing very much points at a broken installation and chances are there are other tables and/or fields missing. You can try running the above query, just to see if it gets you going, but I'd strongly recommend a fresh install/restore from backup.

Re: Cannot view order details

Thanks iweb_bas!

That created the table perfectly. I can now view orders and customer information in the dashboard Sales->Orders. Even the older ones before I added the customer_entity table.

However when I go to Reports->Sales->Orders they do not show up.  Is there a setting I'm missing (hopefully not more tables, with the customer entity table there are now 250 tables)?

Thanks again!
