Cart page automatiically getting empty and logout automatically

Hi everyone

I am having issue on magento 1.9 website cart page when placing order.

The cart page automatically getting empty and logout automatically.

Anyone please help me to fix the problem on the Magento website.

We are running:
Magento CE v1.9.3.6
PHP v7.1.33

It can be cookie related issue, just check cookie time and increase its value. 

Check value under System > Configuration > Web > Session and Cookie Management and also echo phpinfo to check value of session.gc_maxlifetime. By default it expires after 24 mins.

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I have already checked the mentioned settings on both admin and
phpinfo.

But in admin Session and Cookie Management is under Internet menu instead
of Web menu.

*System > Configuration > Internet > Session and Cookie Management*

Please refer the attached screenshot and check whether the settings are
correct and let me know if any other solutions
