We are facing particularly two issues on catalog rules
1) Start date and end date is same day (25-12-2017 to 25-12-2017)
2) Start date and end date between two days also not working(25-12-2017 to 26-12-2017).
When we have start date and enddate which is more than 3 days then it is applying properly.
Also this is applied for different timezone. Is there any dependency with timezone on catalog rule?
