Catalog price rules reset every 48 hours

Hi all,

The catalog price rule on my website gets reset every 48 hours. I have looked at all solutions mentioned and nothing seems to work.

Cron is running and I have installed AOE scheduler. The pricing indexer is set to run at 1:00am every day and the catalog price rule runs every 30 minutes.

Only thing I can think of is a message from AOE scheduler that heartbeat task is not found. But I see the heartbeat task running every 5 minutes.

Any help is appreciated.

Hello @sv_mage,

You have used best cron scheduler extension. Please go to System > Scheduler > List view and search catalogrule_apply_all in Job column. Did you get any data on Message column on completed jobs. If yes, We need to resolve it.

Thanks for your reply. I see a pending status for all jobs but no data in messages column.
