Catalogue price rules deleted still applying?

Hi, 

 It seems at spome point a Catalog price rule was delated while active. The rules still aplies to the products and wont deleat. I have removed all the rules clicked "Apply Rules" and refreshed the cache managment and index managment, then deleated the var/cache file in the cpanel, and stil applying??

It seems it was caused by deleting the rule before I had deactivated it. I cant recall how I fixed this, but I would suggest create the rule again then deactivate it then cancel it. Refresh the cache and index, and perhaps if this does not work and you have access to your cpanel and clear the /var/cache file. If non of this dosent work do let me know.

Thank you! Recreating the rule, applying, then deactivating and applying again fixed this for me. I did not need to empty cache or reindex.
