Category options in admin load and then dispappear

Hi, I am really hoping someone can help me here,  I have a problem whereby the category options in the admin load and then are hidden once the page fully loads. Additionally, I am unable to assign products to a category, the product category option is blank.

Hi I'm having the same problem!

When I select 'Manage Categories' from the top menu, the page loads very briefly and then goes blank!

I've not idea what has caused it, but I'm quite concerned.

Did you manage to find a fix?

Anyone else know what it could be?
