Cookie notice (when cookie_restriction_mode is activated) shows up, static, at the bottom of the frontend pages. When page is longer than the screen, this means that the visitor needs to scroll down for sighting it. In order to make it more visible, how could I make it either floating at the end of the screen, or to show up at the top of it? Grateful for any hints.
