Customer email Transaction not working

Can anyone help me with my Customer email Transaction not working when i receive order i dont get mail custumer dont get mail .

Hi,

Do you use any extension for SMTP integration for example? If no mails which send by sendmail installed on server(if you use it) can go to spam folder.

Thanks for your reply i have not install any Extension yet  just a new template and on the spam folder i got no mail either .

In this case I'm 99% sure that issue on server side.
