Hello together,
i have a problem with the latest Magento 1.9. We have a german shop with default 19% tax. The tax for switzerland is set to 0% tax. That worked until we updated from Magento 1.8 to 1.9. The Tax settings did not change. Subtotal and total is set to show with tax.
When a customer set billing and shipping address to switzerland, the product and subtotal is without tax. The tax value is 0.00. But the total is with 19% german tax.
Subtotal: 319,24 €
Tax: 0,00 €
Total: 379,90 €
The problem is in frontand and backend. In Magento 1.8 everything worked correct. Has anyone an idea or could this be a bug in the current magento version?

Problem solved: the PHP 7.2 Patch fixed the problem.
