Once in a while the frontend design disappearing on our website. We cannot find any cause. We tried several things, like stopping extentions, database maintenance, installing updates.
the site is running on "Magento 1.9.1.1"
We can resolve the problem by removing the files in the /var/cache directory.
Has anyone see this problem in the past and was able to resolve this.
We run several magento webshop's on the same hardware but only on webshop has this problem.
