We did not find any other thread on google result on this, yet the issue is clearly there since we are getting daily messages from customers about it.
When checking out, the clients get an error that their emailaddress is not ok, yet when we try it it is just fine.
We have tried on our Samsung s4 and s5. No issues. However, many customers seem to have this issue where they cannot checkout, leaving money on the table:/
Is there any way we can log this error? It's been very hard to track down the errors since we have not been able to reproduce the error. It seems to be happening to all sorts of emails, not just one TLD or mail server.
We'd love to get some guidance in how to log this.
