Hi Everyone! We have a weird issue here with the email triggers. The issue is that our client and few of their customer are not able to receive any email from the store, but we (dev team) are. Few customers are getting the mail but in their junk/spam folder. Our client tried whitelisting the server ip on their part but still no luck.
Can anyone suggest what may be going on here? We are also planning to use SMTP for the email triggers but weren't sure if we can still use the multiple emails that we configure Admin->System->Configure->Store Email Addresses.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
