I am absolutely not an expert in Magento but a widget is installed on the home page of my website (Like a carrousel with three slides). My problem is that I can't change the pictures in these slides. When I try to import new pictures in the media storage, it's empty. In the screenshot the developper sent me, I am supposed to see the different folders for the different widgets etc, each folder is supposed to contain different pictures but on my account, there is no folder, no picture. if I upload a picture, I can see it in the media storage but I can't add it to the slide of my widget.
Is it possible that he has a specific access to this media storage and that I can't see it? Is there a way to change that?
